SCHWERING LAWRENCE HENRY SCHWERING JR., 77, of Brunswick, passed away on Oct. 6, 2011 with his family by his side. He was born on Nov. 30, 1933 to Lawrence and Coletta Schwering in Cleveland. He is survived by his loving children, Terrie (Lee) Hepplestone, Carol (Dave) Robbins and Nancy Sherepita; adoring grandchildren, Bill, David, Derek, Matt, Kelly, Kyle, Brian and Todd; seven great-grandchildren; sisters Rosemary Yusko and Dolores (John) Martin; and many nieces and nephews. Lawrence is reunited with his beloved wife of 56 years, Donna, in Heaven. He loved being a grandfather and had the title of "World's Best Grandpa'. He was a member of the Knight's of Columbus and enjoyed woodworking. Lawrence proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy Reserves for eight years. Karen Ann Tittel (nee Lahiff) (Lopresto), 59, of Brunswick passed away on August 20, 2011. She was born August 30, 1951 in Cleveland to William P. and Beryl A. BEDOCS LASZLO R. BEDOCS, 82, of FL., passed away on March 3, 2011. He was born on Aug. 5, 1928 in Veszprem, Hungary. He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Maria, they married on Oct. 16, 1966 in Chile; loving children, Laszlo (Renee) Bedocs and Zsuzsanna; adoring grandchildren Rosie and David; and many nieces, nephews and relatives. SKALA THEODORE "TED" JOSEPH SKALA, age 75, of Medina, formerly of Johnstown, PA, pass- ed away April 24. Survived by dearly beloved wife Elizabeth I. (nee Killinger) Skala; loving son Kenneth Lee and daughter-in-law, Nancy (nee Ohm) of Valley City, and his loving daughter Michelle Marie Rose of Lakewood. Cherished grand-father of Kenneth Theodore, Kristopher Lee, Danielle Elizabeth, and Matthew Joseph Skala of Valley City. Also survived by numerous brothers, sisters and in-laws. As a youth, Ted was a member of St. Casimir Church in Cambria City, PA where he served as an Altar Boy. As a young adult, he excelled in horseshoes and baseball and became the horseshor junior champion of Johnstown, PA. He honorably in the U.S. Army from 1957-1959. He enjoyed gardening, sports, (Steelers football) and dedicated himself to his family while also working as a Metallurgical Analyst at LTV Steel (fka Republic) for 40 years. FASCIONE MARIO J. FASCIONE, 79, of Medina passed away on Friday, June 11 in Medina. He was born on April 30, 1931 in Cleveland. Mario served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was an engineer for GM for 15 years. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, golfing and playing guitar. He is survived by his beloved wife, Florence (nee Schmidt); children Lynne (Ariel) Negron of Parma, Mark (Helen) Fascione of North Royalton, Christina (Paul) Kusnerak of Brunswick Hills and Gayle Houdek of Brunswick; grandchildren twins Jeanna Fascione and Jennifer (Nathan) Brothers, Nicholas, Michael, Julie, Natalie, Sara, Lindsey, Rich, Hayley, Kylie and Isabella; sister Ellen Wells of Strongsville; and brother, Romeo Fascione of Seven Hills. Preceded in death by his daughter, Jane Fascione; and son-in-law, Richard; sister Diane Delp; and brother, Rinaldo Fascione. SAVAGE MARK SAVAGE, 36, of Medina passed away Sunday, June 6th during the storm in Erie County. He was a devoted and loving husband to Shannon. He embraced life through the love of his boys, Zane Joseph and Xavier Michael. Mark loved life and always shared this love with the many people he touched through his interests. He enjoyed astronomy, golf and music. Mark opened the doors of love for music for many by playing his bass for God in his church band. He enjoyed flying his plane and used the gift of flight to help others through the Angel Flight Program where he transported those in need of medical treatments. Mark was a blessing to all whose lives he touched. His smile and willingness to help others was remarkable. His walk through life was a journey of positive ambition. Mark is also survived by his parents John and Janet Savage; brother Matthew (Vica) Savage; sister Joyelle Lawrence; many nieces and nephews – all who are very proud of his love and many accomplishments.
